How refreshing, then, to come across the absolutely brilliant service which was recently given by their customer service co-ordinator.
The details matter little. The critical factor is that Polly took control of the problem, made contact with the venue concerned and sorted out the details.
Noonecouldhavebeenmore helpful or understanding of the problem. Customer service is not always delivered now as it should be, but this was a shining example of this being delivered in the very best way possible. ALASTAIR MCFARLANE
