How refreshing, then, to come across the absolutely brilliant service which was recently given by their customer service co-ordinator.

The details matter little. The critical factor is that Polly took control of the problem, made contact with the venue concerned and sorted out the details.

Noonecould­havebeenmo­re helpful or understand­ing of the problem. Customer service is not always delivered now as it should be, but this was a shining example of this being delivered in the very best way possible. ALASTAIR MCFARLANE
