Heart of Midlothian Murrayfield misery?

The Dunfermline defeat represented the last straw for the club and fans, me included, as we finally accepted that a manager we all wanted to succeed was never going to do so.

While the bookies touted the usual suspects as successors we hoped the club would show more ambition. As I write, the list of applicants is as impressive as the fake news on appointments is distracting.

With turmoil off the park and disarray on it, surely we could rely on the strength and stability of the board? An embarrassing administrative faux pas entirely out of character leaves us without a leg to stand on (sorry). Time will tell how costly using Murrayfield will prove, for our finances or our results.
