Talking Brexit

-

Talks have begun in Edinburgh to discuss the repatriation of powers from the EU. The Scottish Government was represented by John Swinney and Mike Russell – he is the one who has looked for any microphone to talk about a power grab for the last endless months.

The political journalist on Reporting Scotland talks about a constitutional crisis looming. The only “crisis” in this is being manufactured by the SNP.

Their sole aim is independence. They have no interest in talking to those representatives from the hated Westminster. They are the enemy.

How refreshing it would be if a commentator could become less politically correct and say: “You are all wasting your time and money on talks which are a sham. The SNP will be given a list of the powers. They will then have another grievance to exploit.”

Scotland is seen as a crowd of moaners and the flag-wavers take to the streets. Roll on an election when we actually have a Scottish government which works with Westminster for the good of us all.
