Motorist, 21, assaulted by fellow driver

A 21-year-old motorist was assaulted after going to speak to another driver who had been driving erratically and aggressively behind him.

Police in Stirling are appealing for witnesses following the incident in Plean, which happened on Friday night.

The victim was driving in his Vauxhall Corsa from Stirling at the time of the assault. He suffered a head cut and was treated in hospital. The suspect is described as white, around 6ft 2ins tall with a stocky build and shaved head.

He was wearing a dark grey Adidas jogging suit.
