Rangers Livewire Morelos

It’s not often I leave Ibrox feeling cheated but I did on Saturday thanks to John Beaton’s performance. It was up there with the worst refereeing displays I have ever seen; with the way he stamped his authority on the match, unfortunately, winning the game was never going to be an option for us on the day.

However, on the positive side, Alfredo Morelos impressed me. He’s a livewire up front and looks like he can be a real 20-goal per-season poacher. For a man of little stature, he’s as strong as an ox. I really like the look of him and hopefully he nails down that place as the starting striker.

Moving on, we must use Saturday’s feeling of injustice as fuel to go and get back to winning ways against Hearts. Nothing else is acceptable.
