Free-scoring Pars head for the Highlands to take on Buckie

Buckie Thistle’s reward for defeating Brechin City in the first round of the Irn Bru Cup on Tuesday is a home tie against in-form Championship side Dunfermline Athleticwho have scored 21 goals in their eight competitive matches so far this season.

Cove Rangers, the other remaining Highland League side, will travel to the Superseal Stadium to face Hamilton Accies colts.

Falkirk and Inverness Caledonian Thistle now join the competition along with the 24 firstround winners plus two clubs each from Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Falkirk have landed a trip to face Sligo Rovers in the Republic while Inverness travel to take on Aberdeen Colts.
