Too many cars

-

Courtesy goes a long way to help travellers.

Having recently spent four days on Skye, one week on Orkney and driven a large section of the NC500 I am in total agreement with iain master ton regarding single track roads.

We have to educate drivers on the basic rules of these roads. Five or six cars driving nose to tail will never work as the passing places are not designed for them. If you slow down to allow a space in front then you get overtaken.

Driving on Skye this year was a continuous problem: too many cars and too many motor homes.
