Hello aloe

There are lots of bold health claims for aloe vera as an ingredient, including its purported ability to reduce blood sugar, inflammation and cholesterol levels. If you want to give it a try, there are worse ways than sipping the unusually named new drink, Grace Say Aloe, £1.39, which contains “real aloe vera pieces” and is available in Mango, Strawberry and Original flavours. Find it in supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Asda, as well as independent retailers.
