Schools offered free trampolining in fitness boost

-

Thousands of children are being offered free trampolining sessions to help combat Scotland’s obesity problem.

Flip out Glasgow is providing up to 10,000 hours of free jumping to scores of primary and secondary schools across Glasgow and west central Scotland. The trampoline park – based in Rutherglen – is offering a block of four hour-long sessions between 10am and 2pm which schools can use for one class or split across all year groups. Flip Out hopes the initiative will help encourage children to become more active.
