#BREXIT
Jean-claude Juncker, President of the EU Commission, was trending after claiming none of the UK’S Brexit documentation was satisfactory. The reaction from Twitter users was, as always, divided. @Bakehouse2016 said: “Jean-claude Juncker can see the UK’S #Brexit papers for what they are: meandering drivel that fails to stand up to scrutiny.” @Drnostromo said: “Is it not now clear to the whole world that the UK is and has been unprepared for” But @Ian56789 said: “Jean-claude Juncker is making #Brexit as difficult as possible to dissuade others from leaving the disastrous & corrupt anti Europe EU” And @Davidjo52951945 said: “I just want to get the UK away from Juncker, why are we being dictated to & ordered around”
#CRAIGLEVEIN
Following the news that Hearts’ former Director of Football had been handed a three-year deal as manager at the Scottish Premiership club, the jokes on Twitter continued. @Oldfirmfacts1 said: “‘Look, if Craig Levein wants to remain on the board and manage the team that’s his business’ insists Tynecastle groundsman Craig Levein” @urieguy said: “Has he bribed himself with a fiver to appoint Craig Levein as the new Hearts manager?” @busteramurdoch said: “Congratulations to Craig Levein on taking over from Craig Levein as the new Hearts manager” @Alanmeikle said: “Three years on the dugout would probably make Craig Levein the longest serving Hearts manager since Craig Levein?”
