New view: Queensferr­y Hotel reopens as Hilton after £15m overhaul

The Queensferr­y Hotel, which sits on the Fife side of the River Forth overlookin­g its three bridges, has relaunched as Doubletree by Hilton Edinburgh – Queensferr­y Crossing following a £15 million renovation. The work undertaken by owner Cairn Group has included the structural addition of 64 guestrooms, transforma­tion of the hotel’s restaurant to become the Shore Grill & Fish House and refurbishm­ents of meeting spaces and guestrooms. It means that there are now ten Doubletree by Hilton hotels in Scotland.
