New view: Queensferry Hotel reopens as Hilton after £15m overhaul
The Queensferry Hotel, which sits on the Fife side of the River Forth overlooking its three bridges, has relaunched as Doubletree by Hilton Edinburgh – Queensferry Crossing following a £15 million renovation. The work undertaken by owner Cairn Group has included the structural addition of 64 guestrooms, transformation of the hotel’s restaurant to become the Shore Grill & Fish House and refurbishments of meeting spaces and guestrooms. It means that there are now ten Doubletree by Hilton hotels in Scotland.
