Two men arrested over hit-and-run

Two men have been arrested after a ten-year-old boy was knocked down by a hit-and-run motorcyclist in Edinburgh.

The boy is being treated at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children following the incident on Ferry Road on 19 August.

A 20-year-old has been charged with various offences including causing serious injury by dangerous driving. A 22-year-old man has also been charged and will be reported for theft of a motorcycle, dangerous driving and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
