Dundee United Unacceptable

-

I can’t say I didn’t see it coming, nor can it be said that I hadn’t warned of it, but Saturday’s humiliation in Paisley is not one United fans will accept.

The failings of the last few seasons have resurfaced with lacklustre displays and generally not being “up” for the games. This is unacceptable and given the wholesale changes on the playing front the scrutiny now falls on the management team. Ray Mckinnon has had solid backing from the board this summer. There can no longer be any excuses. The players, especially those carrying niggles, need to be rested over the international break as we will face our bogey team, Dumbarton, along with Falkirk, Morton and Dunfermline in September.
