Tax everyone

- AA BULLIONS Glencairn Crescent, Leven

I read that some politicians think it is fair that people who have earned a big enough income to pay the highest rate of income tax should happily pay that rate while other people who have earned a small income, or perhaps receive benefits, should pay much less or even no income tax.

In my opinion it would be fair if everyone who has an income, however derived, should pay an equal percentage of their income at whatever rate is required to provid the necessary government income.
