£760k charity funding boost for local groups

Voluntary and community-led groups are celebrating a share of £764,849 of good cause cash from the Big Lottery Fund.

The groups include Falkirk Family Support Community Interest Company, which will use £70,000 to expand its services for young children and families.

Falkirk and District Association for Mental Health meanwhile will use its £129,779 award to develop its family support service.
