Triple Expresso: Property firm in trio of deals which will see £100m of investment

Property group Expresso has announced £100 million plans to develop three sites in Glasgow and Perth. The Yorkbased company will start work shortly on a 98-apartment development in Glasgow’s West End, a mixed-use site at the city’s Pacific Quay, and a leisure site at the Mill Quarter in Perth. The company, led by Nick Robinson (left) and Stephen Hampshire (right), said the construction work will support more than 1,000 jobs. Expresso is actively looking at other sites with purchase values up to £50m.
