Kenny Macaskill: Simply tholing offensive behaviour is no longer acceptable

-

Who gets to decide what I am offended by? Everybody finds different things offensive, in the context of Scottish football. As a Rangers supporter I find God Save The Queen the most offensive song I have heard at a football game, others will disagree and name some other tune. So do you ban every song or are some people’s sensitivity more important than others? - truescotnotquislingscot “Let’s see what Saturday brings” - Jeez Kenny, why on earth do you need to wait until Saturday. The bill has been in place, and criticised, for months and all you need to do is to attend a couple of matches to see nothing has changed. It is strange that the only times I am aware of arrests being made was of Celtic supporters. Week in and week out we are subject to the most atrocious bigotted chanting at TRFC matches. Not by a couple of fans but masses of them but show me the court cases. - Reivers Return This is revisionist history and shows that Kenny has learned nothing. Oppose true bigotry and sectarianism, including anti-english sentiment, but scrap this braindead bill! - SFTB
