Warning after opportunistic thefts

Residents have been told to ensure their property is secure after opportunistic thefts in Inverness.

One of the incidents involved personal items being removed from a car parked in the Wells Court area of Inverness at about 5pm on Thursday.

Officers are seeking to speak to a man seen in the area around that time described as being in his mid-30s, around 5ft 11ins tall, of slim build and with short black hair.
