Two charged over alleged hare coursing
Two men have been charged over alleged hare coursing offences.
The men, aged 30 and 23, have also been charged in connection with various road traffic offences.
The offences happened between 16 and 18 June in the Rothienorman and Turriff areas of Aberdeenshire. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal and the men will appear in court later.
Police constable Graham Crawford said: “Hare coursing is a cruel activity which is not acceptable.
“We will fully investigate any reports that we receive.”
