Man appears in court charged with murder

A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a young man in a Dundee flat.

Gordon Diduca, 23, died after a disturbance at Dundonald Court at around 11:45pm on Sunday.

Police launched an investigation and an arrest was made on Tuesday.

Charles Little appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court yesterday charged with murder, the Crown Office said.

He was also charged with assault, assault to injury and threatening behaviour. The 31-year-old from Dundee made no plea and was remanded in custody.
