Bellair turns attention to Stirling office makeover

- By SCOTT REID

Property developer Bellair (Scotland) has invested a six-figure sum in one of its key office buildings.

The Falkirk-based company said it had undertaken a capital improvement project on its Wallace House multi-let building in Stirling. The works have involved a refurbishment of the common areas along with upgraded services within the building.

Bellair acquired Wallace House in 2013 and was said to be attracted by its central location and close proximity to the city’s railway and bus stations.

Director Colin Campbell said: “We have invested significantly into Wallace House, using our own capital, rather than the service charge, to upgrade the common areas.”
