Dumbarton Six precious points

-

I had always looked at the September back-toback home games as must wins. I feel that come the end of the season both Brechin and Inverness will be down at the bottom with us in May, so taking six points from six is huge.

We didn’t make it easy once again as we came from behind against Inverness to win 2-1, with that man Froxy stealing the show again. A special mention must also go to Sam Wardrop who is on loan from Celtic. The right-back is as close to Paul Mcginn as we’ve had since his departure a few years ago, and that’s saying something.

We head to Livingston on Saturday and have fared well there in the past, only losing once in six games. A tough one to call but if we come away with a point I’ll be delighted.
