Missing Scotland
While I agree with the importance of looking to the future, as in your Vision Scotland supplement, it is also important not to mis-represent Scotland’s past.
To this effect it should be noted that when Robert William Thomson was born, Stonehaven was in Kincardineshire. The town only became part of the redefined Aberdeenshire within the local government reforms that eradicated many former counties from the traditional map of Scotland.
