O’leary should go
The explanation from Michael O’leary that his company had made a “boo boo”with pilot rostering is an understatement that beggars belief.
Such an explanation reminded me of a certain High Street jeweller in the early 90s describing his cheap products as “total crap”
Gerald Ratner’s comments were on a par with Mr O’leary’s and as such I trust that Ryanair’s fate will be sealed in the same way Ratners was.
Disregard for customer care is a mistake of epic proportions - O’leary should resign.
