Support in time of need

If you’ve been affected by cancer, book in for a free Made for Life (www.madeforlife.org) day at Archerfield House, Dirleton, on 5 October from 10am until 4pm. With space for 12 guests, it will consist of a talk from Made for Life founder Amanda Barlow, a mindfulness and meditation session, a Spiezia Head in Heaven Massage (or a bespoke treatment, suitable for any stage of cancer), then afternoon tea.
