DONG wrong for green drive

Danish energy producer DONG is changing its name to Orsted as part of a “strategic transformation from black to green energy”, the company has announced.

Originally an acronym for Danish Oil and Natural Gas, the firm said the name no longer fit following the recent divestment of its upstream oil and gas production.
