BA increases London to Inverness flights

British Airways flights between Inverness and London are to be increased to ten a week next year.

The airline operates seven weekly flights between Inverness and Heathrow but services will be increased from 25 March.

The announcement has been described as excellent news for the Highlands economy, with more visitors expected in the region.

The flights will operate on Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays.
