A cashless society is being forced upon us. My brother travelled from Bonar Bridge to Dornoch (14 miles) to find the alternative 24/7 ATM had no money. The ATM at the now-closed Dornoch branch has been removed. This machine had £500,000 a month withdrawn when it was working.
