Sinton and Clark land roles at Rovers

Raith Rovers have appointed two new directors as part of their latest boardroom shake-up.

David Sinton has been named vice chairman of theleagueoneleadersand will also head up the football administration department. Bill Clark takes on the role of company secretary and will be responsible for Rovers’ youth development strategy.
