When it comes to a perfect property, there is no one size fits all, as every buyer has different requirements and budgets.

But going on the responses to a survey they carried out on the subject, Gocompare Mortgages commissioned an architect to design an idea of a property that contains many of the aspects most of us see as ideal.

Working with Marc Sawan, an architect from eye-kon, a visual creation studio, the UK’S ideal home has been built, if only in CGI.

The three-bedroomed detached property has sought-after features such as plenty of storage, eco friendly technology including solar panels, rainwater collection and low energy lightbulbs, a sunroom and open-plan living space downstairs with bedrooms upstairs.

The garden was designed to be fuss free.
