St Mirren £22 is just ludicrous

The Buddies’ loss in the Irn-bru Cup to Raith Rovers was the easiest defeat of the season to take; with a big injury list and two players away on Scotland Under-21’s duty, we started 16-yearold Ethan Erhahon at central midfield.

Obviously he’s nowhere near the finished article, but his debut highlighted the fantastic work that Alan Mcmanus (and his predecessor David Longwell) have done with the youth academy.

There’s a bit of an outrage amongst fans at the £22 pricing for Saturday’s game at Dumbarton. That amount of money to attend a match in the worst stadium in the second tier of football is ludicrous. The sooner there’s a standardised (and affordable) pricing scheme for each league, the sooner fans will start coming back.
