Allanwater Homes has opened the sales office at its Heartlands development in Whitburn, West Lothian and the key word for buyers at the location is choice.

There is a wide range of property types on offer, and at this stage of the build, buyers have the opportunity to customise their new homes, tweaking everything from room layouts to bathroom tiles.

The development, which features a mix of three, four and five-bedroomed homes in its first phase, with two and three-bedroomed terraced designs coming in later phases, is the first for Allanwater in West Lothian.

Properties have open views across the landscape and are situated between Glasgow and Edinburgh making it ideal for travelling.

Prices are from £206,995 for the fourbedroomed detached Ochil villa, one of the housebuilder’s most popular designs.

A number of early bird buyers have already placed reservations at the development, which is located just off junction 4A of the M8.

Sales and marketing manager Sharon Mccarthy says: “We are very pleased to announce that our new sales office is now open for enquiries, it’s fantastic for us to be building here in West Lothian with this superb, family friendly development.

“The house type choice we have here, featuring some of Allanwater’s most popular designs, is well on the money for local buyers, coupled with an extremely convenient location close to many amenities.”

“The four-bedroomed detached Ochil villa with master bedroom en-suite is an ideal home for growing families at a great price.

Other four-bedroomed designs include the detached Lomond villa with master en-suite shower room and the Cuillin, complete with a garage and featuring a beautiful dining room with bay window.

Top of the range at Heartlands is the five-bedroomed detached Torridon villa with garage. It offers a fully fitted kitchen breakfasting room along with a separate lounge, separate dining room and a spacious family room.

The Torridon at Heartlands is priced from £270,995.

Two-bedroomed mid terraced homes will be from £131,995.

As well as having a good choice of house types, buyers are offered the personal touch with an opportunity to customise their properties, even altering the layout, depending on the reservation date and the build schedule.

Mccarthy says: “We can very much tailor a home to your own specifications. Our homes are energy efficient too, with features such as flexible interiors, family rooms, offices for home working, en-suites, utility rooms and generous storage space for today’s busy families.”

The company have worked hard to provide homes for every level of the market at Heartlands, from first time buyer properties at a great price point, to larger detached family homes for the family market.

All are currently at pre-showhome prices.

The development is also offering the Government assisted Help to Buy Scotland scheme on selected plots.

Allanwater Homes standard specification includes a quality fitted kitchen with integrated appliances such as oven, hob and cooker hood.

And even if buyers don’t want to change their home’s layout, they can choose tiling and kitchen styles from a wide range to add the personal touch.

The sales office is open Thursday to Monday 11am to 5.30pm.
