Heartlands offers buyers choice at every level, finds Kirsty Mcluckie
Allanwater Homes has opened the sales office at its Heartlands development in Whitburn, West Lothian and the key word for buyers at the location is choice.
There is a wide range of property types on offer, and at this stage of the build, buyers have the opportunity to customise their new homes, tweaking everything from room layouts to bathroom tiles.
The development, which features a mix of three, four and five-bedroomed homes in its first phase, with two and three-bedroomed terraced designs coming in later phases, is the first for Allanwater in West Lothian.
Properties have open views across the landscape and are situated between Glasgow and Edinburgh making it ideal for travelling.
Prices are from £206,995 for the fourbedroomed detached Ochil villa, one of the housebuilder’s most popular designs.
A number of early bird buyers have already placed reservations at the development, which is located just off junction 4A of the M8.

The Torridon at Heartlands is priced from £270,995.
Two-bedroomed mid terraced homes will be from £131,995.
As well as having a good choice of house types, buyers are offered the personal touch with an opportunity to customise their properties, even altering the layout, depending on the reservation date and the build schedule.
