Scheme aims to breathe new life into town

A new shops complex is set to be built in a Fife town.

7N has filed its latest planning application for their Fraser Avenue development in Inverkeithing to provide new accommodation for existing retailers.

It is hoped the development will allow existing shops and flats to be demolished to allow a new construction.

Councillor Judy Hamilton said: “I know that the design team undertook consultation with the existing shops owners and the wider community so would like to thank everyone who took time to get involved in this.”
