Heart of Midlothian Away the lads
Considering Hearts’ dreadful away record, we were all concerned about an opening fixture list with only one match in nine in Edinburgh and that “home” game at Murrayfield. To be midtable and hard on the heels of teams that are telling us how good they are, however, is a decent return before our extended run in the capital.
There is much talk of an Edinburgh derby before playing Rangers in front of a full-forfootball Murrayfield but, first, we go there to face St Johnstone. The Perth Saints have had a mixed season and our recent form suggests another tight game. Winning in Dingwall with ten men for half an hour, with injuries forcing us to play teenagers ,shows the progress we have made under Levein.
