Badger 2 Moggie 0: Cheeky omnivore sneaks into family home, eats the cat’s tea, then sleeps in its bed

A cheeky badger sneaked into a house and ate a pet cat’s food – before adding insult to injury by having a nap in its bed. The animal was discovered at a home at the Beecraigs Country Park in Linlithgow, after sneak- ing into the house through the cat flap. Rescue officers from the Scottish SPCA were called out to the house in West Lothian to deal with the unlikely intruder, which was curled up sound asleep when they arrived at the scene.
