Crowds eager for coffins stained with fake blood

Hundreds of people have been queueing up to buy coffins for Halloween from aman who once raced hearses for a hobby.

Mark Lumsden, 31, was ordered to clear his mother’s garage of a dozen coffins, which were “stained with fake blood”.

The lorry mechanic from Lochgelly, Fife, put an ad on Facebookse­lling the coffinsfor £45 and was inundated with more than 1,500 people trying to buy the caskets.
