Titanic send- off: Previously unseen photographs from liner’s doomed voyage up for auction
A pair of previously unseen photographs of the Titanic as she leaves Southampton on her doomed maiden voyage, issued by Henry Aldridge & Son. The photographs are estimated to sell for between £ 8,000 and £ 12,000 when they go under the hammer tomorrow in Devizes, Wiltshire.
The historic photographs, which meas- ure 4 in by 5 in, were sent from Southampton to Mr FLeBoul anger, a wealthy ship owner, who lived in Mumbles, South Wales.
