Fresh appeal to trace man after three weeks
Police are to speak to motorists in a bid to trace a man who has been missingfor three weeks.
Tony Parsons, 63, from Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire, leftan address in the Ross Court area at about 9:30 am on 29 September and travelled to Fort William by train, officers said.
He arrived in the town about 4: 10pm and is believed to have intended to cycle back to Tillicoultry along the A 82, passing Glen coe Village shortly after 6pm. There has been a confirmed sighting of Mr Parsons at 11: 30pm at night at the Bridge of Orchy Hotel before he travelledsouth towards Tyndrum.
Officers willhold further patrol son the A 82 between 0 Tony Parsons was last seen at the Bridge of Orchy Hotel 9 pm on Friday and 3 am on Saturday between the Bridge of Orchy and Tyndrum areas as part of the ongoing search.
Mr Parsons is described as 5 ft9 ins, stocky, with short greying hair and a moustache. He has a tattoo of an anchor on his right upper arm, a tattoo of an eagle on his left arm and usually wears glasses.
