Fife distiller invests £ 150k in bespoke experience

A St Andrews distillery has invested £150,000 toc reate an experience letting participan­ts create their own spirit.

Eden Mill, whose products include gin, whisky and beer, said the aim is to attract 2,500 visitors in the first six months with the Blend works experience, held in a specially designed spirits emporiumat the Macdonald Rusacks Hotel.

Eden Mill said the move comes as the weak pound boosts tourists coming to Scotland—and after it launched gin experience­s at the distiller y.

The firm’ s co-founder Paul Miller said: “We decided to go a step beyond and offer a unique, luxury Scottish experience in line with the Eden Mill brand ethos of consistent innovation.”
