Courting favour: Glasgow’s Atlantic Quay 3 office building attracts long- term tenant

Atlantic Quay 3 in Glasgow is now fully let on a long- term lease to the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service, following a multi- million- pound refurbishment of the city centre office building.

Moorfield Real Estate Fund III purchased buildings 1, 2 and 3 at Atlantic Quay in September 2015 and a major programme to revitalise the scheme is due to complete next year. The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service – the scheme’s first new tenant – will fully occupy 79,500 square feet of grade A office space over Atlantic Quay 3’ s ground and six upper floors.
