Hacker charged for Google viral attack

A 21-year-old man has been charged with 11 cyber crime offences that include infecting and controllin­g 9,000 computers to attack Skype and Google.

West Midlands Police allege Alex Bessell, of Liverpool, created and sold malware that earned more than $US700,000 (£530,000).

Bessell faces charges including gaining unauthoris­ed access to computers.

Winning numbers in Saturday night’s Lotto draw were 08, 15, 33, 42, 55 and 58, with bonus ball 53.
