Reward for evil?

It would seem that the best advice to anyone struggling in poverty with housing and/ or mental health issues would be to quickly join ISIS and then seek to return and receive

a package including social housing, welfare payments andcounseling,therebyjumping the housing queue, any wait for mental health treatment and any wait for benefit assessment.
