Balfour Beatty in American sale

Construction firm Balfour Beatty has confirmed it has completed the sale of its professional services business to US commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE for $57 million (£42m).

Balfour Beatty first announced it was to sell Atlanta-based Heery International in early October, having had full control since 1990.
