Buccleuch Kettering site attracts police hub

Buccleuch Property, the Edinburgh-based property investor and developer, has completed two deals on its multi-million pound Kettering Business Park development in Northamptonshire.

The new occupiers are Northamptonshire police in a three-storey office building totalling 29,482 sq ft, including a custody facility and space for 350 staff; and a near-six acre site for IM Kelly, the luxury automotive interiors specialist.

IM Kelly plans to build a 100,000 sq ft office and industrial complex that, when operational, will employ 200 staff.

A Buccleuch Property spokesman said there are plans to develop a further one million sq ft on the site.
