#CATALONIA

Catalonia’s ousted president, Carles Puigdemont, held a chaotic press conference in Belgium after Spain’s supreme court called for charges of rebellion, sedition and misuse of public funds against him and 13 other separatist leaders. @Muzicalicious said: “President Puigdemont does what he does for Catalonia and the Catalan people. No further comments necessary.” @Kerubbin added: “He’s staying in Brussels out of pure shame. He has no means to explain the huge bluff to the judge, Catalans and his own voters.” @Poke_in_the_eye said: “He is in Brussels to save his own neck, no other reason. He stirred up trouble – whipping up people, and people died. He does have a lot to answer for.”
