Ferrari revs up forecasts

Italian luxury sports car maker Ferrari revised up its earnings guidance after reporting a record third- quarter profit of € 141 million (£ 126m), up 24 per cent.

Ferrari raised its estimate for full-year earnings to around €1 billion from just above €950 m. Revenue in the quarter was up 7 per cent to € 836m. The group shipped 2,046 vehicles.
