- By JULIA HUNT

Judy Murray and Kimberley Walsh are among the stars dusting off their dancing shoes for another shot at Strictly success in the show’s Christmas special.

Tennis coach Murray – mother of Wimbledon winners Andy and Jamie – promised to be “every bit as bad as before” when she takes to the dancefloor for the festive all-star show on BBC One on Christmas Day.

Murray, who was on series 12, will be partnered with professional dancer Neil Jones.

Former Girls Aloud singer Walsh will be reunited with pro Pasha Kovalev, her partner in series ten, and said she was excited “to be back in the Strictly bubble for Christmas”.

Presenter Katie Derham has signed up to rock around the Christmas tree and said she “cannot wait to dust off the sequins and get back in the training room”.

Derham, who will be taking a twirl with pro Brendan Cole, said: “Being parachuted onto planet Strictly two years ago was the most joyful, challenging but hilarious and brilliant thing I’ve ever done.”

And former athlete Colin Jackson will be hoping to sprinkle some more joy on the dancefloor with Amy Dowden. He said: “I am thrilled to be returning to Strictly.”
