Our report on 7 November on page 12 stated that the New Lanark World Heritage Site has provided £150,000 funding for the National Museum of Scotland’s Powering Up educational programme. While the New Lanark World Heritage Site is one of several venues across Scotland hosting the programme, the funding of £150,000 has, in fact, been provided by the Scottishpower Foundation. l It is the policy of The Scotsman to correct errors as soon as is practicable.
