Martini time

Blame 007, but the martini is probably considered the most sophisticated of cocktails. If you want to order something classier than your usual slippery nipple, get along to brasserie and cocktail lounge, Dine, above Edinburgh’s Traverse Theatre, as they’ve launched their Martini Experience. For £30pp, this two-hour masterclass reveals how to make the perfectly balanced cocktail, plus there will be five versions to sample, and you’ll be allowed to get behind the bar to make your own.
