Man, 18, in hospital after shop attack

An 18-year-old man was treated in hospital for a head injury after being attacked in a shop in Glasgow.

The assault happened inside the Premiers shop under the railway bridge in Argyle Street at about 5:20pm on Saturday.

He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary and was later released.

Police said they were looking at CCTV images. Those with information are asked to call 101.
